CIMET provides end-to-end comparison and signup of energy, telecommunication, credit cards and other products plans through its online solution in a B2B and B2C environment. It presently caters to more than 40+ Utilities and Financial Service providers and has over 200+ partners. The online comparison market is extremely crowded in Australia, with most comparators providing a light touch directory solution. CIMET saw this as an opportunity and developed a fully integrated online comparison and signup platform.

On 15 March 2022, CIMET partnered with iSelect who acquired a 49% stake in CIMET Holdings.

Going forward, CIMET will use this investment from iSelect to expand into new products including Credit Cards, Home loans, Car loans, Personal loans, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Pet Insurance among others. CIMET today has around 200+ team members, across Australia, India and Philippines and will double over the next 2 years.

Overview of Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle— from ideation to launch and iteration—ensuring that we deliver impactful solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and defining a clear product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute on product strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to inform product decisions and ensure that our products stay ahead of the competition.
• Product Roadmap & Strategy: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business goals, user feedback, and market dynamics. Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and vision.
• Prioritization & Feature Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear product requirements, user stories, and MVPs. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and urgency, balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
• KPI & Metrics Definition: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the performance of your product and its features. Use data to assess progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions about product direction.
• AI Enablement Experience (Good to Have): Experience or familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, or data-driven product development is a plus. A basic understanding of how AI can enhance products and user experiences will be valuable.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development, clear communication, and timely delivery of features.
• Continuous Improvement & Iteration: After product launch, collect user feedback, monitor performance, and iterate on the product to improve its usability and effectiveness over time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a track record of delivering impactful products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and defining product success metrics.
• Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving product strategy.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments.

Education Qualification:
