It presently caters to more than 25 Energy and Broadband Providers and has over 30 white-label partners and other cobranded partners. The online comparison market is extremely crowded in Australia, with most comparators providing a light touch directory solution. CIMET saw this as an opportunity and developed a fully integrated online comparison and signup platform.
CIMET now facilitates the comparison of Mobile, Broadband, Gas, Electricity & Solar and has planned to expand into new products including Credit Cards, Home loans, Car loans, Personal loans, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and PetInsurance among others. CIMET today has around 200 team members, across Australia, India, and the Philippines, and will double over the next 2 years.

The Solar Outbound Sales Consultant will be responsible for communicating with potential customers in Australia, educating them about solar products, and guiding them through the purchase and installation process.
• Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and target potential customers for solar energy projects and services.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
o Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
o Negotiate quotes and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Technical Support:
o Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process.
o Determine solar energy system requirements.
o Collaborate with the technical team to design solar solutions tailored to customer’s needs.
o Assist customers in understanding the technical aspects and benefits of solar
o Educate customers about the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy.
o Any bachelor’s degree, or in a related field preferred.
o Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
o Knowledge of solar energy systems preferred.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
